- Plan, organize, and execute offline events end to end, including meetups and flagship events.
- Manage all key elements of execution, including venues, speakers, partners, and logistics.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, universities, and content creators.
- Develop local activations and campaigns that support user acquisition and engagement.
- Track KPIs across event performance and local engagement initiatives.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, community activations, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in organizing large-scale offline events.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and supplier coordination.
- Strong understanding of the Turkish market and local content ecosystems.
- Experience managing KOLs or local content partnerships is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
