This is a talent pool specifically designed for Qualified Candidates, through which OSA will meticulously prescreen each applicant until they are deemed Ready for Placement. This initiative is aimed at ensuring that every candidate meets the high standards expected by our clients and is fully prepared to enter the dynamic job market.
OSA is committed to maintaining an ongoing recruitment process that will continue to engage with this talent pool until each candidate successfully reaches the interview ready stage. Our dedicated recruitment team will work closely with candidates, providing support and guidance throughout this important journey.
- Once a candidate successfully transitions into the client interview-ready stage, they will receive prompt notification via email and WhatsApp. This communication will come with the subject line "Update on Your Job Application." The notification will not only serve as an acknowledgment of their progress but will also provide further instructions on the upcoming steps in the interview process, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
