IT Operations Administrator
Own employee IT support and operations across endpoint management, identity, and SaaS platforms, resolving complex issues and improving security, automation, and technology lifecycle processes.
Orcrist is building a next generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies. We're handling petabyte-scale data with sub-second queries. Our product is a Kubernetesโbased platform delivered as B2B SaaS or as a selfโhosted onโprem solution, including airโgapped deployments. We enable customers across defense, law enforcement, and enterprise to turn mission-critical data into actionable intelligence.
Internal IT keeps our colleagues working - from the first onboarding call to daily support on macOS and Linux and the access rights behind it. We are looking for an experienced support engineer who has already taken ownership of systems and topics, and who wants to split their time between support and project work.
This is a hands-on role, not a leadership role: you own systems and projects technically and work in the ticket queue alongside the rest of the team.
