We’re looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR team in Wrocław. In this role, you’ll support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing day-to-day HR guidance and ensuring compliance with local employment law and internal policies. You’ll work closely with managers and colleagues across HR, Payroll, Finance and other teams, helping to solve people-related matters and improve the employee experience. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to HR projects, performance and compensation processes, and initiatives that improve the way we work. We’re looking for someone who combines solid HR expertise with a practical, collaborative and service-oriented approach.
Role & Responsibilities:
