About the Job
OpenTable is an industry leader in hospitality, dedicated to helping restaurants worldwide manage capacity, improve operations, and increase revenue. We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our Front of House / Table Management System (TMS) team to drive design strategy and simplify complex workflows for a global user base. You will lead through craft and systems thinking, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data partners to shape the future of our platform. By balancing user needs with business goals, you will ensure our tools empower restaurant partners to deliver outstanding diner experiences.

This role aligns with that approach, with an expectation of coming into the office two days a week—giving employees the best of both worlds: in-person collaboration and flexibility.
The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, including commission and/or bonuses, is $135,000-$165,000 CAD. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a compensation range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.

This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
