Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) with experience providing trauma-informed therapy and support for PTSD, complex trauma, grief, bereavement, loss, traumatic stress, and related mental health concerns.
This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
Applicants may reside outside California. Active, unrestricted California clinical licensure is required, as this position serves clients located in California. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.

Provide telehealth counseling to clients experiencing mental health and life challenges, managing an independent caseload from initial assessment through ongoing therapy while maintaining clear documentation and responding to clinical.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, conducting assessments and treatment planning while helping clients build communication skills, coping strategies, and healthier relationship patterns.
Provide evidence-based behavioral health assessment, brief therapy, treatment planning, and care coordination for patients with behavioral and chronic medical conditions as part of a collaborative primary care team.
Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy in a virtual outpatient clinic, using clinical screenings and patient-centered, culturally competent care to support clinical and functional outcomes.
Deliver community-based occupational therapy by assessing participants, setting individualized evidence-based goals, recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
