Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual mental health care for clients in North Carolina. The work involves meeting with clients by video, helping them understand patterns in their relationships, supporting emotional and behavioral change, and providing practical tools they can use between sessions. This role is a good fit for an LMFT who values steady hours, organized clinical work, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Provide telehealth counseling to clients experiencing mental health and life challenges, managing an independent caseload from initial assessment through ongoing therapy while maintaining clear documentation and responding to clinical.
Provide telehealth therapy to adults and adolescents, managing a clinical caseload through evaluations, treatment, documentation, and ongoing assessment of client needs and risk.
Deliver community-based occupational therapy by assessing participants, setting individualized evidence-based goals, recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Provide individual counseling through a virtual behavioral health platform, developing personalized care plans, assessing progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and clinical outcomes.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relationship issues, family stress, and major life changes while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
