- Own the cross-functional roadmap for improving local development, CI, testing, build workflows, and release infrastructure.
- Create a durable intake and prioritization mechanism for developer friction, focusing on the highest-impact improvements.
- Lead programs that enhance deployment speed and safety, including pre-merge confidence and post-deploy validation.
- Improve the reliability and predictability of release trains across various platforms.
- Partner with teams to reduce deployment-related incidents and increase visibility into shipping timelines.
- Define and operationalize metrics for developer productivity and engineering velocity.
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience leading complex technical programs in developer infrastructure, CI/CD, or release engineering.
- Ability to engage deeply with engineers on workflow architecture and operational tradeoffs.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in developer velocity and deployment reliability.
- Strong skills in using data to prioritize work and define useful metrics.
