- Serve as a primary external representative to investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants, clearly articulating Omada's strategy and financial performance.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors, including healthcare specialists and institutional shareholders.
- Lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing efforts to develop a high-quality shareholder base aligned with the company's long-term strategy.
- Translate complex business and healthcare dynamics into a clear, compelling investment thesis tailored to different investor audiences.
- Own the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including development of key messages and coordination of the conference call and webcast process.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance.
- Significant public company investor relations experience required; experience as a senior IR leader at a publicly traded company preferred.
- Direct experience in healthcare, digital health, or healthcare services strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of public company reporting, disclosure practices, and earnings processes.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
