O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Partner or Of Counsel with at least ten years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join its Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience handling a variety of labor & employment matters, including wage & hour class actions, single plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. This position is perfect for an attorney looking to lead complex cases in a collaborative environment while contributing to the growth and development of the firm's practice. A portable book of business is not required, but welcomed.

Salary Range: $190,000 to $250,000
Supervise and coordinate a violence against women legal project, mentor staff, provide full-scope representation to survivors, and lead community outreach, partner training, and funder reporting.
Lead product legal strategy for consumer-facing digital products, advising Product and Engineering from early design through launch while managing regulatory risk and developing legal talent.
Lead the global Legal Team and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice across contracts, compliance, data protection, governance and risk while building scalable legal services that support international growth.
Lead regulatory affairs strategy and coordinate regulator engagement across the group, while overseeing litigation and contentious regulatory matters, external counsel, executive reporting, and cross-functional response processes.
Build and lead the legal function, advising across commercial and regulatory matters while overseeing contracts, compliance, data protection, and corporate governance for the Board and group entities.
