- Deploy and configure the Client Engage CRM software (MS CRM Dynamics 365)
- Support the software from a second line point of view
- Test new software releases from a technical perspective
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to configure customer requirements
- Produce data reports for customers using SQL and/or SQL Reporting
🛠️ Requirements
- An IT degree/2 years’ experience
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft platform (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET)
- Knowledge of T-SQL to write, understand and update SQL code
- Knowledge of web applications
- Knowledge of web APIs
- Take ownership of tasks and help to improve them
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Knowledge of CRM Dynamics (big plus)
- Knowledge of JSON

JUNIOR TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
In the role of Junior Technical Implementation Consultant for Client Engage, you will focus on configuring and installing and supporting/customizing the Client Engage software according to the customer’s needs. This involves working together with the functional consultant and understanding the requirements and subsequently configuring them. Additionally, it also involves migrating data from legacy systems into the Objectway solution.
