Description

• Deploy, manage, and maintain AI infrastructure for new and existing customers.
• Act as the domain expert during planning calls and implementation.
• Provide handover documentation and perform knowledge transfers for customer support.
• Give feedback to internal teams by documenting bugs and suggesting improvements.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer-blocking issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services in data centers.
• Knowledge of Linux Operating System and administration.
• Experience with data center network products and protocols.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
