- Load, transport, and deliver parcels safely and on time to customers, senders, and stations.
- Verify customer details, delivery addresses, parcel condition, airway bills, parcel counts, coverage areas, and assigned routes before departure.
- Report parcel discrepancies to station staff and hand over affected parcels.
- Collect cash-on-delivery payments, reconcile them with the driver app, and submit collections to the Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily.
- Contact customers before marking a delivery unsuccessful, provide courteous service, and follow assigned routes, schedules, and proof-of-delivery requirements.
- Follow transport laws, maintain a safe driving record, and comply with company conduct and quality policies.
🛠️ Requirements
- Malaysian citizen aged 18 or older; SPM qualification or above.
- No experience required.
- Own a motorcycle or car; hold a valid driving or riding licence and a valid GDL if driving a company vehicle.
- Clean driving record and no criminal record.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and punctual.
- Have an Android phone and be able to work a flexible schedule.
