- Load, transport, and deliver parcels safely and on time to customers, senders, and stations.
- Verify customer details, delivery addresses, coverage areas, and parcel counts in the driver app.
- Check parcel discrepancies, packaging condition, airway bills, and assigned routes before departure; report discrepancies to station staff.
- Collect cash-on-delivery payments, reconcile them with the app, and hand over collections daily.
- Contact customers before marking deliveries unsuccessful, provide courteous service, and follow assigned routes, schedules, and proof-of-delivery requirements.
- Follow transport laws, safe-driving practices, company policies, and other duties assigned by supervisors.
🛠️ Requirements
- Malaysian citizen aged 18 or older; SPM qualification or above.
- No experience required.
- Own a motorcycle or car; hold a valid driving or riding licence and a valid GDL if driving a company vehicle.
- Clean driving record and no criminal record.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule.
- Have an Android phone.
