Your role:

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for your assigned domain.
• Translate business goals into a clear and measurable roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product plans, from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Use data and experimentation to validate decisions and improve performance quarter over quarter.
• Deeply understand user needs and behaviors to identify product gaps and new opportunities.
• Serve as a product ambassador within the organization, communicating priorities and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of quality, agile development, and continuous innovation across teams.

What makes you stand out:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven success in leading product strategy in high-growth B2C tech businesses.
• Experience working under pressure and delivering in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of at least one of the following: consumer crypto products (e.g., wallets, exchanges, or DeFi platforms), or payment and issuing solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across disciplines.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for fintech and crypto is strongly preferred.
