- Provide consulting for clients in the energy sector on EDM in SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
- Analyze, standardize, and develop EDM-relevant processes from measurement data to balancing.
- Support clients in migrating from SAP IS-U to SAP S/4HANA Utilities throughout the transformation phases.
- Contribute to current energy sector topics, including regulatory changes.
- Create requirement concepts, design solutions, lead implementations, and organize workshops and training.
- Actively participate in building the new EDM team, defining structures and developing standards.
🛠️ Requirements
- Completed studies or training in a commercial or technical field.
- Familiarity with processes of energy suppliers through experience in the energy sector.
- 3-4 years of experience in configuring, implementing, and developing SAP IS-U systems with a focus on EDM.
- Desirable initial experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
- Basic knowledge in IT project management and an object-oriented programming language like ABAP or Java.
- Fluent in German and English to interact confidently with clients.

Da der Bereich Energiedatenmanagement (EDM) weiter an Bedeutung gewinnt, bauen wir unser eigenes EDM Team komplett neu auf. Als (Senior) SAP IS-U Consultant (m/w/d) Energiedatenmanagement wirst du für unsere Kunden zur verlässlichen Ansprechperson in allen EDM‑Fragen – und spielst gleichzeitig eine zentrale Rolle beim strukturellen und fachlichen Aufbau des neuen Teams. Auf Wunsch auch mit Perspektive in eine spätere Teamlead-Rolle.
Und das alles komplett remote – mit maximaler Flexibilität.
Deine Aufgaben:
Beratung für unsere deutschen und europäischen Kunden im Energiesektor bei allen Fragen rund um Energiedatenmanagement (EDM) in SAP IS‑U und SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
Du analysierst, standardisierst und entwickelst EDM‑relevante Prozesse weiter – von Messwerten über Profile bis zur Bilanzierung.
Du unterstützt unsere Kunden beim Umzug von SAP IS‑U auf SAP S/4HANA Utilities und begleitest sie durch alle Phasen der Transformation.
Mitarbeit an aktuellen Themen der Energiewirtschaft, inklusive regulatorischer Neuerungen (MaBiS/GaBi).
Du erstellst Anforderungskonzepte, entwirfst Lösungen, leitest deren Umsetzung und organisierst Workshops und Schulungen.
Du wirkst aktiv beim Aufbau des neuen EDM-Teams mit: Wissensaufbau, Strukturen definieren, Standards entwickeln.
Als Mitglied unseres Teams bist du auch Teil der SAP Utilities Enablement Community, in der du gemeinsam mit uns und anderen Partnern neue Lösungen für die Energiebranche entwickelst.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Fachthemen und betreust deine Kollegen als Mentor.
