What You’ll Do
To delight our customers by exceeding their expectations in all aspects of support and service. The Config Team is an experienced and trusted SAP AMS partner.
The Senior AMS Consultant is critical for managing and delivering day to day client requirements including Service Requests, Incident Resolution, Problem Management and Minor Changes aligned to ITIL Methodology and Service Level Agreements. This role involves resolving complex issues and providing strategic advice to improve SAP-related processes.
You will be expected to own SAP AMS related activities across different SAP modules. Support of other technologies including the range of The Config Team products and mobile technology. The role will see you develop a strong understanding of client and industry business processes to provide advice to clients.
To ensure the above is fully achievable for our clients you will need to have a strong knowledge and understanding of SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP PP.
Configure and optimize SAP MM processes for procurement, materials, inventory, and supplier management, translating business requirements into solutions while supporting integrations, testing, incident resolution, and continuous.
Develop and improve SAP ERP solutions for customer projects, owning implementation activities from requirements gathering and process analysis through deployment, documentation, user training, and support.

Consultor SAP FI Sênior responsável por sustentar e aprimorar processos financeiros, analisar requisitos e incidentes, configurar soluções funcionais e acompanhar testes e implementações junto às áreas de negócio.
Design and maintain SAP security roles, authorizations, and access governance across SAP ECC and S/4HANA Cloud, supporting Fiori, GRC, audits, and implementation through production support.
