Role - SAP FICO Consultant
Location - Remote, Canada
Employment type - Fulltime

Job Overview:

• Configuring, and supporting end-to-end FICO processes in SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud, ensuring accurate general ledger, subledger, asset accounting, and statutory reporting. 
• The candidate must have strong financial accounting and controlling experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant in SAP implementations, support involving S/4HANA, Cloud ERP and ECC (general ledger, sub-ledger accounting, fixed assets, cost centers, profit centers, allocations) including familiarity with IFRS/GAAP reporting requirements and how they are supported in SAP. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design and configure SAP FI/CO R2R processes including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, bank accounting, and financial closing. 
• Integration of R2R with cross modules (MM, SD, CO) covering specific flows such as goods movements, markdowns, inventory valuation, and store operations. 
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and R2R automations and collaborate with technical teams through development and testing. 
• Drive financial master data relevant to R2R (chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, GL mappings, financial statement versions). 
• Perform and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for R2R processes, including defect analysis, fixing, and regression testing. 
• Strong financial accounting and controlling concepts (general ledger, sub-ledger accounting, fixed assets, cost centers, profit centers, allocations). 
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP reporting requirements and how they are supported in SAP. 
• Lead the analysis and design within the SAP FI/CO domain, working closely with clients finance teams. 
• Proficient in English and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly during demos and presales.

Qualifications

Must have Skills: 
Minimum 7 Years of experience in SAP FICO.
SAP FI (Expert), SAP CO (Strong), SAP FI-AP (Capable), SAP FI-AR (Capable)

Good To Have Skills: 
SAP FI-FM (Funds Management) (Capable)
