📜 Description

  • Acts as primary site contact and manager for clinical research studies.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with study sites.
  • Performs site management and monitoring activities in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinates tasks with other sponsor roles to achieve site readiness.
  • Conducts site visits and monitors data accuracy and subject safety.
  • Mentors junior CRAs and contributes to team knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 5 years of ophthalmology experience required; retina experience preferred.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in a scientific/healthcare discipline with 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in site management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 4 years of direct site management experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
  • Fluent in local languages and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and GCP/ICH guidelines.
