The Associate Director – International Tax will lead cross-border tax planning initiatives and ensure compliance with global tax reporting requirements.
Description
- Support cross-border structuring and tax planning initiatives by modeling the impact of proposed transactions and regulatory changes.
- Assist with dividend planning opportunities to repatriate cash in a tax-efficient manner.
- Manage compliance with global tax transparency and reporting requirements, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
- Prepare and review US international tax compliance forms and disclosures.
- Conduct US international tax calculations, including Subpart F, GILTI, and foreign tax credit computations.
- Implement and manage automated processes and solutions for efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant international tax experience, including U.S. international tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules, including Subpart F, GILTI, and foreign tax credits.
- Experience with Pillar Two, GloBE Information Return (GIR) reporting, and other global tax transparency initiatives.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of complex tax issues.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
- Deep working knowledge of Corptax International and advanced Excel skills.
