We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our team in Dublin for a dedicated Tuesday through Saturday shift.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
MongoDB Technical Services Engineers (TSEs) use their exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills, along with deep technical experience, to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems. TSEs are experts in the entire MongoDB ecosystem, including the database server, drivers, and services like Atlas and Cloud Manager.
