Full job description
Mobileye's Platform Software department is looking for a highly driven Software Execution Program Manager to lead the execution of our camera software portfolio supporting ADAS and autonomous-driving projects.

In this role, you will connect R&D-team strategy with day-to-day execution across software, hardware, systems, suppliers and customer programs - turning a highly interdependent roadmap into predictable, high-quality delivery.

What will your Job look like?

  • Manage technical prerequisites for execution - including specifications, firmware, initialization sequences, test setups and supplier deliverables - and escalate gaps before they affect milestones.
  • Own the software execution portfolio across multiple platforms and customer programs, from roadmap and requirements through development, integration, validation, release and production readiness.
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans covering features, bring-ups, integration, diagnostics, safety mechanisms and platform releases, with clear milestones, ownership and dependencies.
  • Drive priorities and capacity decisions across concurrent commitments; identify resource collisions early, present trade-offs and secure timely decisions from group and department leadership.
  • Lead quality and safety execution through ASPICE-aligned planning, requirements and test traceability, functional-safety activation, review readiness, defect follow-up and evidence-based acceptance criteria.
  • Own the risk and blocker process across internal teams and external suppliers; establish clear accountability, drive technical decision forums and close actions with transparent scope and schedule impact.
  • Establish execution governance using available tools and dashboards; provide decision-oriented status and automate planning, dependency and release tracking.
  • All you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management in a complex software development environment.
  • Proven ownership of multi-project roadmaps, integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, resources and executive reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the software-development lifecycle, requirements, integration and validation, CI/CD, release management and configuration or branch management.
  • Experience in system engineering and cross-layer hardware-software integration, with the ability to understand technical architecture and challenge execution plans constructively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, align diverse technical stakeholders, resolve ambiguity and drive decisions and commitments without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning, risk-management and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a portfolio-level view.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent English and Hebrew.
  • Experience in automotive, autonomous driving, embedded or safety-critical software development – advantage.
  • Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), functional safety or cybersecurity – advantage.
  • Experience working with hardware, silicon or sensor suppliers – advantage.
  • Experience with camera systems, image sensors, board/sensor bring-up, SerDes, diagnostics or other low-level domains – advantage.
