- Lead end-to-end program planning and execution across multiple development teams within the Map Development organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional work between product management, algorithm, development, and validation teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for complex development activities running in parallel.
- Identify potential risks and proactively drive mitigation plans to maintain program momentum.
- Prepare and present clear program status updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
🛠️ Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- 10+ years of proven experience in software Product/Program engineering management
- Strong technical background in large-scale, complex machine-learning systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
