You will work closely with senior leadership across Engineering, Research, Product, Validation, Data, and Infrastructure, providing a holistic view of execution and driving alignment on priorities, dependencies, resources, risks, and delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth, organizational leadership, people management, and execution excellence, with the ability to operate effectively from executive-level discussions down to complex engineering challenges.

The role requires travel between Mobileye’s different sites in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Petah Tikva.

  • Establish and continuously improve program management methodologies, governance, execution standards, and management mechanisms across the organization.
  • Ensure Technical Program Managers build and maintain integrated execution plans covering feature development, software and algorithm integration, validation, data readiness, infrastructure capacity, and major technical dependencies.
  • Provide senior leadership with objective and transparent visibility into program status, delivery readiness, key risks, dependencies, and required management decisions and trade-offs.
  • Drive cross-organizational planning and execution across Research, Software Engineering, Product, Validation, Data, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
  • Define and drive execution KPIs and success criteria that enable predictable delivery, early identification of gaps, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify systemic and program-level bottlenecks and ensure corrective actions are clearly defined, owned, and driven to closure.
  • Lead critical program escalations and drive resolution of complex cross-functional issues involving technical dependencies, resource constraints, integration challenges, validation gaps, and infrastructure limitations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap planning, ensuring that scope and commitments are aligned with organizational capacity, technical dependencies, validation bandwidth, infrastructure, and data availability.
  • Drive prioritization and resource trade-offs across programs, ensuring resources are focused on the company's highest-value priorities.
  • Establish a strong culture of ownership, accountability, transparency, and execution excellence across the Technical Program Management organization and its stakeholders.
  • Represent program execution in senior leadership forums, ensuring that critical risks, dependencies, and decisions are surfaced early and supported by clear data and recommendations.
  • Maintain sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, understand complex engineering issues, and guide Technical Program Managers in driving effective solutions.
  • All you need is:

  • Strong technical background, preferably including previous hands-on software development or engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development processes, system integration, CI/CD, testing, validation, data pipelines, and large-scale development environments.
  • Demonstrated experience driving complex programs involving multiple engineering organizations, technologies, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior Engineering, Product, and business leadership, influence strategic and technical decisions, and drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to understand complex technical architectures, engineering plans, KPIs, and development outputs and translate them into execution risks, priorities, and management decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify systemic issues and drive organizations toward practical solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by technical complexity, ambiguity, changing priorities, and high execution expectations.
