Full job description

We are looking for excellent Product Managers to lead our development of Perception Products, integrated in various autonomous vehicles (AV) and ADAS programs.

As a Product Manager in our team, you will be managing Innovative Computer Vision Perception Products, including Fusion algorithms for AV systems.

You will be responsible for Product Requirements and definition, Planning and long term product vision.

What will your job look like:

  • Act as a technical product owner and expert, for productizing and driving Mobileye's AV Perception functions to meet performance and quality goals.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Algorithmic developers, Validation teams, other Product Managers and Business Development) and external partners, to define the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mobileye's strategy and timelines.

  • Own the process of requirements elicitation to capture stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable and measurable product specifications.

  • Define and monitor data-driven performance KPIs to ensure product excellence.

  • Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation for internal and external use.

  • Support Business Development during pre-sale processes and customer onboarding.

  • Partner with industry-leading car manufacturers, including workshops, test drives, and product tuning to ensure adoption and satisfaction.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, managing initiatives in a matrix environment to ensure successful execution.

All you need is:

  • B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
  • M.Sc / MBA - Advantage
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary, algorithm-centric products
  • Strong engineering skills
  • Computer vision, Signal Processing, and Edge DNN experience - Advantage
  • Proven experience in customer-facing positions
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
