- Define the Agent / Skill / Tool architecture for reasoning, planning, and collaboration.
- Scale the context graph to turn digitized manuals and work orders into customer-specific intelligence.
- Design evaluation systems to improve agent performance through user interactions.
- Drive cross-division alignment with product engineering teams.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on backend systems or platform engineering.
- 3+ years building ML or LLM-powered systems in production.
- Proven track record of technical leadership at the Principal level.
- Experience in internal platform development with a focus on developer experience.
- Strong Python backend expertise, including API and data pipeline design.
- Ability to write clear design documents and facilitate technical decisions.
- Build the developer experience with agent orchestration and observability layers.
