- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies across brand and conversion campaigns, focusing on Meta and additional activity across YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms and territories, making rapid, data-driven decisions to maximize performance and ROI.
- Work with the department lead to allocate and manage budgets effectively across social platforms and campaigns, ensuring investment supports commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative teams to develop integrated plans and engaging, platform-specific content for key sales periods.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and platform developments, preparing and presenting performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in paid social media advertising, ideally within a fast-paced ecommerce, consumer, or agency environment.
- Strong proficiency across social advertising platforms, particularly Meta Business Manager, with experience in YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and/or other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with GA and social platform analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue and margin growth within a commercial environment, ideally with experience managing significant paid media budgets.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
