- Act as the Finance representative and key business partner for collaboration with the Data team.
- Identify data needs and improve reporting capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Finance datasets, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead the development of KPI dashboards for payment processing insights.
- Manage and prioritize Pigment tickets and improvement requests from the FP&A team.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.

We are currently looking for a Finance Data & Systems Analyst who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Finance, FP&A, and Data teams, your focus will be on enabling better decision-making through reliable data, advanced analytics, and digital solutions. In this role, you will combine your understanding of Finance processes with your analytical expertise and ability to drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across Finance.
