This isn't simply about producing quotes. You'll be a trusted partner for customers, helping them navigate their requirements, finding solutions, and ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience from first enquiry through to quotation.
Working as part of our international commercial team, you'll support customers across French-speaking markets while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Service colleagues. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and proactively support customers will directly contribute to our success and customer satisfaction.

Create accurate quotations and support French-speaking customers from enquiry to order, helping them find suitable products while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations.
Prepare accurate quotations, manage customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities while collaborating across teams to deliver a strong customer experience and support scientific customers.
Coordinates daily sales-team priorities, assignments, meetings, and follow-ups while supporting customers with quotes, orders, CRM records, reporting, and communication across departments.
