We are looking for a People Operations Officer (Nurse) who will handle employee benefits, onboarding, and health services as the Company Nurse. This role also includes supporting other HR activities to ensure smooth HR operations and employee well-being.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with a valid nursing license is crucial
1 year experience as a company/office nurse is non-negotiable
Exposure to HMO coordination is highly preferred
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)

Manage workers’ compensation claims from initial investigation through closure, guide injured employees through benefits and return-to-work processes, and coordinate with internal teams, insurers, and medical providers.
