  • Build the motion: design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice, including session formats, account selection criteria, readouts, and measurement

  • Keep it credible: maintain the non-promotional, education-first nature of the sessions
  • Prove it with evidence: instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, and make recommendations based on data
  • Shape what comes next: define how the motion scales and create a playbook for future advocates

  • A background spanning at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, technical marketing
  • Comfortable in enterprise rooms: able to teach technical sessions to engineers and handle challenging questions
  • Hands-on technical credibility: capable of building, demoing, and teaching effectively
  • Strong operational instincts: able to run a repeatable program and prioritize incoming demand
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
