- Build and maintain scalable backend services, distributed systems, and APIs that power the AgentControl product.
- Work primarily in Go, Python, and TypeScript, utilizing technologies such as AWS, CockroachDB, Datadog, DeepEval, and FastAPI.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to enhance GenAI workflows.
- Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of systems.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions.
- Take ownership of production code and participate in on-call rotations.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality full-stack features.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI features and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of prompt engineering and deploying AI services in production environments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience writing production-ready code with an emphasis on quality and maintainability.
- Experience with distributed systems or data ingestion.
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
