The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $146,250 - CAD $195,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.

Lead and grow an engineering team building agentic development systems, setting technical direction and improving agent capabilities, reliability, and developer workflows in close partnership with Product and Design.
Leads and develops an 8–10-person engineering team building e-commerce, growth marketing, and consumer applications, while shaping technical direction, improving delivery, and partnering with product and business stakeholders.
Lead the Loans Lifecycle engineering team by setting technical strategy, delivering critical backend systems, and building a culture of reliability, quality, and engineer development.
Leads engineering teams responsible for critical platform services, setting technical direction and building reliable, secure systems at scale while developing leaders and connecting engineering investments to business outcomes.
Leads a distributed Antibot Engineering team, setting priorities and delivery plans while developing engineers and driving R&D that improves the effectiveness, durability, and scalability of Antibot capabilities.
