Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant with strong expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts in compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
The consultant will support the company on a project/task basis by preparing, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents and agreements for immediate business use.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize legal contracts and agreements aligned with Saudi regulations.
- Prepare board member agreements for both Saudi and non-Saudi individuals.
- Review existing contracts and provide legal amendments and recommendations.
- Ensure all legal documents are compliant, enforceable, and ready for immediate use.
- Provide legal consultation and guidance on company agreements, policies, and documentation.
