Forward Deployed Engineer, GTM
📜 Description
- Prototype and deploy AI agents for retention, pipeline generation, productivity, deal inspection, account research, opportunity updates, and meeting preparation.
- Create prompt templates, system instructions, agent personas, tone, and fallback logic.
- Connect LLMs to GTM systems to redesign processes and build and test agentic tools.
- Document agent logic and prompts, and create playbooks, prompt libraries, and training to support adoption at scale.
- Test prompts, context retrieval, and model selection; monitor production agents and address quality, accuracy, and performance issues.
- Partner with GTM Analytics to integrate data sources and ensure solutions meet security, legal, and company AI standards.
🛠️ Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Working knowledge of GTM strategy, AI Operations and hands-on experience putting AI workflows or LLM agents into production.
