Position Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer
Work Arrangements: Hybrid 2x/week onsite (UP Technohub, Quezon City Philippines)
Work Schedule: Initially on a night shift for the first 1–2 months, transitioning to a 3:00 PM to 12:00 midnight schedule thereafter
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular/React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable web applications that deliver secure and reliable solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team, taking ownership of full-stack development while contributing to innovative projects that make an impact.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications.
Build and optimize APIs, server-side logic, and microservices using Node.js.
Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with Angular/React and TypeScript.
Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver client requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues while ensuring performance and security.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
At least 4–5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Proven track record in developing both front-end and back-end applications.
Hands-on experience working with cloud-based deployments (AWS preferred).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Front-End: Angular or React, TypeScript.
Back-End: Node.js, REST APIs, microservices.
Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, or related services).
Database: Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
Development Practices: Strong debugging, unit testing, and code optimization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks.
