Responsabilidades 📌
Desarrollar soluciones en Apex (clases, triggers y lógica personalizada).
Construir y mantener componentes en Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Aura.
Configurar y optimizar Flows y automatizaciones.
Crear y administrar objetos personalizados, campos y reglas de negocio.
Gestionar modelos de seguridad (roles, perfiles, permisos).
Participar en integraciones básicas con APIs externas.
Realizar pruebas, documentación técnica y soporte evolutivo.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot data center server, storage, and network infrastructure while maintaining deployment standards, inventory, topology documentation, and reliable hardware operations.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot server, storage, and network infrastructure across data centers while managing equipment flow, documenting layouts, and coordinating large-scale deployments.
Build and maintain automated customer provisioning workflows, scripts, and integrations, connecting order and entitlement systems while improving operational coverage, reliability, and customer onboarding.
Provide outstanding technical support to diverse clients as part of a National Service Desk, enhancing your skills in Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
The Systems Engineer will provide hands-on IT support, systems administration, and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring a high-quality user experience in sophisticated technology environments.
