This role offers the opportunity to lead complex software engineering initiatives within a global financial technology environment. As Senior Manager, you will oversee multiple development efforts spanning web services, software deployment, middleware, databases, and partner framework integrations. You will guide Agile teams while shaping technical roadmaps, architecture, engineering standards, and delivery plans. A key focus will be modernizing transaction monitoring and sanctions screening systems supporting high-volume payment, AML, and foreign exchange operations. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on involvement across the full software development lifecycle. The position is fully remote within the U.S., with broad responsibility for delivering scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and oversee complex software development initiatives involving web services, software deployment, middleware, and partner framework integrations.
- Establish project objectives, technical policies, procedures, roadmaps, work plans, and delivery priorities while coordinating multiple development efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field with 8 years of experience in a related occupation; alternatively, a Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience may be accepted.
- Experience with project planning tools such as Smartsheet.
- Strong database design experience using both SQL and NoSQL technologies, including SQL Server and Oracle.
- Professional experience with C# and .NET Core.
