Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter based in the United States.
This is a remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle sales hiring across the U.S., from individual contributor roles through senior leadership. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, shape candidate profiles, build targeted pipelines, and guide searches through offer and onboarding. The role combines hands-on sourcing with strategic stakeholder management and proactive talent mapping. You will use recruiting data and market insights to improve pipeline quality, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with opportunities to influence recruiting processes and workforce planning. Success requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality, candidate-first experience.
Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales positions ranging from individual contributors to senior management, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build targeted talent maps and proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and function-specific sourcing strategies.
- Lead effective intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, clarify priorities, provide market guidance, and maintain alignment throughout each search.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidates and develop warm talent pipelines ahead of anticipated hiring needs rather than relying solely on active requisitions.
- Manage the candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring an authentic, consistent, and inclusive experience at every stage.
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness, using insights to improve recruiting strategies and outcomes.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in interview processes and recruiting workflows while maintaining appropriate standards for quality and speed.
- Partner with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities, workforce planning, and broader talent initiatives.
- Contribute to quality management processes and maintain required standards and documentation.
- 5–7+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with experience supporting roles across multiple levels of a sales organization.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is preferred, with the ability to manage multiple diverse requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS, including structured interview workflows, reporting, and recruiting process management.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools, with the ability to develop tailored sourcing strategies rather than relying on standardized outreach.
- Strong understanding of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring practices relevant to sales functions.
- Experience using AI tools across recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, outreach drafting, and pipeline analysis, while applying sound human judgment where automation is insufficient.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers using recruiting data, market information, and informed judgment.
- Candidate-first mindset with a strong commitment to inclusive and respectful hiring practices.
- Highly organized and capable of managing competing searches without compromising quality, communication, or follow-through.
- Analytical and comfortable using recruiting data to guide decisions and improve processes.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and energized by a varied, fast-moving work environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based immigration sponsorship.
- $95,000–$120,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
- Remote position within the United States.
- Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan.
- Paid parental leave.
- Paid volunteer days.
