You will translate market, customer, security, and regulatory signals into a multi-year roadmap tied to measurable business outcomes. The role spans product strategy, pricing, AI governance, security capabilities, integrations, deployment models, and customer discovery. You will work closely with Engineering, Security Research, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to turn complex requirements into scalable products. You will also lead the product organization, establish strong operating rhythms, and ensure product investments contribute to retention, expansion, competitive performance, and margin. • Partner with Finance and Sales on packaging and pricing strategy, including monetization of AI capabilities and management of AI compute and data-processing costs.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap progress, competitive positioning, and key product decisions to executive leadership, board members, and investors.
  • Own detection and finding quality as core product metrics, balancing accuracy, coverage, false positives, and signal-to-noise.
  • Partner with security research and threat intelligence teams to transform emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques into product capabilities.
  • Define product requirements for secure-by-design development, customer data protection, tenant isolation, and enterprise security certifications.
  • Establish deployment strategies across SaaS, on-premises, and air-gapped environments while balancing customer needs with engineering and operational complexity.
  • Set the direction for AI and automation, including human-in-the-loop decisions, explainability, auditability, data residency, customer-data training policies, and protection against prompt injection and model misuse.
  • Lead integration strategy across SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, CI/CD, cloud platforms, channel partners, MSSPs, systems integrators, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Translate regulatory and security frameworks into product capabilities that support customer compliance and audit requirements.
  • Lead continuous product discovery with CISOs, security practitioners, engineering leaders, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Own competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and product positioning, while partnering with Marketing on analyst relations.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities, competitive proofs of value, product launches, positioning, and enablement.
  • Hire, develop, and lead the product organization while establishing effective planning, prioritization, release review, and product performance processes.
  • Create a strong operating cadence that aligns Product, Engineering, Research, and go-to-market teams around shared priorities and outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading product teams within a B2B SaaS environment serving enterprise customers.
    • Direct experience owning cybersecurity products or products in a similarly technical domain where the primary buyers are engineers or security practitioners.

    • Executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy to board members, investors, senior executives, and enterprise security leaders.
    • Hands-on experience bringing AI or machine learning capabilities into production, including associated governance and risk considerations.
    • Experience managing products where accuracy, trust, security, and defensibility are fundamental to the customer value proposition.
