🛠️ Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Technology leadership: Extensive experience leading software development teams, with a proven ability to mentor professionals, coordinate priorities, and drive consistent delivery.
  • Technical expertise: Working knowledge of Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL, with the ability to guide architecture and implementation decisions across the technology stack.
  • Cloud infrastructure: Experience with AWS services and infrastructure, including the ability to make informed decisions regarding scalability, reliability, and technical costs.
  • Software architecture: Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering principles, development standards, and practices that support maintainable and scalable applications.

As Head of Technology, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the technology vision and driving the evolution of digital products within a growing, innovation-focused startup. You will lead and mentor software development teams, establish engineering standards, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. Working closely with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams, you will align technical decisions with business priorities and growth objectives. You will oversee delivery performance, optimize team productivity, and promote continuous improvement across engineering processes. Accountabilities:
