This remote role provides personalized support to patients and caregivers navigating complex and rare medical conditions.
You will help patients access prescribed therapies while addressing insurance, pharmacy, and administrative challenges.
The position serves as a key connection point between patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, payers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams.
You will manage patient cases from intake through follow-up, resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
The role combines patient advocacy, case management, healthcare navigation, and detailed administrative coordination.
Success requires empathy, strong problem-solving skills, careful handling of confidential information, and excellent organization.

Accountabilities

Accurately interpret insurance, prescription, and health-related documentation and enter case information into CRM systems efficiently and accurately.

Maintain confidentiality of patient health information and comply with applicable laws, regulations, standard operating procedures, and business rules.

Report adverse events and product quality complaints according to established procedures.

Perform administrative activities such as mailing, faxing, documentation, and other case-support tasks.

Expected base salary range of $81,500–$102,600, with final compensation dependent on education, background, experience, and internal equity.
