This fully remote leadership role supports a nationwide virtual legal support function serving attorneys and professional staff across multiple time zones. You will provide hands-on daily leadership while helping develop and strengthen virtual administrative support services. The role combines team management, workflow coordination, resource planning, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced legal environment.
