  • Build and maintain the Oracle release calendar, presenting plans and roadmaps to the business
  • Coordinate regression, integration and user acceptance testing, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated before go-live
  • Lead deployment and cutover planning, producing detailed runbooks and coordinating production releases
  • Take releases through the Change Enablement Board and other governance forums, ensuring documentation and audit evidence are maintained
  • Monitor system stability following each release, track incidents and lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned
  • Communicate release updates and major changes to the business, acting as the primary point of contact for Oracle releases and major incidents

🛠️ Requirements

  • At least 3 years' release management experience within Oracle ERP and EPM environments
  • Working knowledge of Oracle release cycles and change request processes
  • Confidence using Jira to manage release activity, track work and report progress
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and deployment practices
  • Experience working with third-party managed service providers
  • A working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial modules (desirable)
  • Experience working in large, complex environments with a high user base and multiple system integrations

How You'll Make a Difference

Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems, you will own the full release lifecycle across Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management. You'll plan, govern, test and deploy monthly and quarterly Oracle updates alongside internal change requests, working closely with the Finance Systems team, third-party delivery partners and business stakeholders across mainland Europe, the UK and Republic of Ireland.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, with one day per month expected to be based in our Keynsham office.

We're looking for a capable Release Management professional who brings:
* At least 3 years' release management experience within Oracle ERP and EPM environments
