📜 Description
- Technical liaison with shore side regarding the ERP system and produce FBS and ICS deficiencies report.
- Ensure accuracy in data input and output, including orders, receiving, daily requisitions, and inventories.
- Import and export files sent to or from the Miami office by IT departments.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to produce and send the end of voyage Zip file.
- Enter Food Bar and Housekeeping requisitions daily, ensuring compliance with issuing procedures.
- Import daily sales from the previous day to FBS and report discrepancies.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Minimum 3 years' recent experience as Hotel Controller or similar position onboard a Premium Cruise ship.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory control procedures for Hotel and Food & Beverage Operations.
- Experience in motivating and leading a diverse workforce.
- All certificates as required by the STCW code for this position.
- Good command of the English Language.
