CRYSTAL CRUISES - CLEARANCE OFFICER

ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position CLEARANCE OFFICER for CRYSTAL CRUISES!

Clearance Officer is responsible to plan, coordinate and execute all formalities for customs and immigration (including onboard custom and immigration inspections) for Guests and Crew and to ensure that all documentation is in order so that the ship can be cleared immediately upon arrival.

CONDITIONS:

• Work in top level, 5* cruise company, luxury segment
• Medical insurance provided during contract
• Flight paid to ship and to a home address after completed contract
• Free food and accommodation
• Free uniform
• Joining expenses: reimbursed upon completion of first contract.
• STCW: reimbursed upon commencement of second contract.
• Contract length 5-6 months with following 2 months of vacation.

RESPONSABILITIES

• To plan, coordinate and execute all formalities for customs and immigration (including onboard custom and immigration inspections) for Guests and Crew and to ensure that all documentation is in order so that the ship can be cleared immediately upon arrival.
• To be responsible for updating Guest passport details in Fidelio and to ensure that all Guests passports are secure at all times.
• To ensure that all Guests receive travel documentation folders with the correct color coded tags before the end of the cruise and that all debarking Guests in way ports are informed about required documents for their departure.
• To ensure that a six star service is provided to Guests at all times and to deal with Guests complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 21 years old
• College Degree/Diploma, Hotel, or Tourism School required.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience onboard a luxury cruise ship in a Clearance related position or a minimum of one (1) year experience onboard a luxury cruise ship at the Reception Desk.
• Previous experience at the Front Desk on a Crystal Ship preferred.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English (needs to score at least 90% in the onboard English proficiency test).
• Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills.
• Must have good administrative skills (proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Must possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to interact with all levels of people.
• Vaccination Covid-19 mandatory with WHO approved vaccines
