THIS ROLE
This role will coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across alternative asset classes, including real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and corporate structures. You'll manage the end-to-end client onboarding process by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams. You'll oversee critical onboarding activities such as AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, service agreement preparation, legal document coordination, and Luxembourg regulatory filings. You'll maintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholders through regular meetings and proactive project management. You'll also support the development of junior team members while contributing to process improvements and stronger stakeholder collaboration alongside team leadership.

The Sr. Implementation Manager will lead technical onboarding for clients, ensuring successful event launches on the WRSTBND platform through effective configurations and training.
Lead complex customer implementations as a Senior Implementation Manager, driving onboarding, enterprise expansion, and workflow transformation while ensuring measurable value and adoption.
The Processor Implementation Manager ensures the reliable implementation and operational readiness of payment processors, utilizing advanced SQL and analytics to drive decisions and resolve complex payment issues.
Lead the design and execution of incident response exercises to enhance safety and operational readiness across the enterprise and with public safety partners.
