As a Crisis Helpline Responder, you’ll provide immediate, compassionate support to individuals experiencing distress or crisis. Your work will directly contribute to safety, stabilization, and connection to life-saving resources.
This is a remote, part-time role with flexible scheduling. Local language fluency is preferred, but all qualified, mission-aligned candidates are encouraged to apply.
You’ll serve as a lifeline for individuals facing suicide risk, self-harm, and acute emotional crises—making a real, immediate impact every shift.

Provide virtual therapy to adults and adolescents across Washington, conducting assessments, setting and reviewing treatment goals, documenting care, and collaborating with providers to support clients over time.
Manage a Nevada client caseload from intake through discharge, providing virtual counseling, setting and adjusting therapy goals, maintaining clinical records, and responding to changing or urgent care needs.
Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers, building therapeutic relationships and supporting engagement and long-term progress as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Provide one-to-one teletherapy using evidence-based approaches, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns while collaborating with a clinical team.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, managing intake, clinical records, and referrals while collaborating with other providers to support clients’ relationship and family concerns.
