Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
The LCPC will manage a caseload of Nevada clients from the initial appointment through completion of care. This includes getting to know each client’s history, identifying what is bringing them to counseling, setting a clear direction for therapy, and making clinical decisions as treatment moves forward. The role requires someone who can work independently, stay organized across multiple cases, and recognize when a client may need services beyond outpatient counseling.

Provide telehealth counseling to adults, adolescents, and families, conducting sessions and intakes, documenting care, monitoring client progress, and identifying when additional support may be needed.
Provide telehealth psychotherapy and clinical assessments for clients across Hawaii, addressing emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns while managing cases, maintaining records, and coordinating referrals.
Provide telehealth counseling for clients with behavioral and emotional health concerns, managing an established caseload through intake, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ongoing case management.
Provide virtual assessments and evidence-based therapy for pre-screened clients, develop personalized treatment plans, track progress, and maintain clinical documentation while focusing on meaningful telehealth care.
Provide virtual counseling to assigned clients, develop individualized therapy plans, document clinical care, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies to support client goals and outcomes.
