Design and deliver platform components: Own the design, and improvement of defined components of Intelerad's build system and delivery platform. Ensure each one meets performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards.
Enable development teams: Guide development teams in adopting CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes-based container orchestration. Resolve technical issues that block delivery.
Build product features to architectural standards: Design and implement features across Intelerad's products using established design patterns, balancing quality, functionality, and delivery timelines.
Contribute to technical direction: Partner with senior architects and R&D leadership on platform roadmaps, toolset evaluations, and architectural decisions. Document standards and share knowledge to raise team capability.
Plan and report on delivery: Scope work, gather requirements, and estimate effort for assigned initiatives. Give leadership accurate progress updates while balancing project work and ongoing platform maintenance.
